I spent this past weekend with Adyashanti (and many others) at an intensive in Vancouver. He doesn't come to Canada much, so it was a treat. It was also totally amazing.

I don't want to blog about it more than that, so I won't. But it must have been real good, because I don't even have any regrets about skipping the String Cheese Incident weekend at Horning's Hideout... and that was the best weekend of my life, to date, last year. How d'ya like THEM apples!?!?
